ICARUS
Hi. My name is Joshua, and I make electronic music under the alias ICARUS. My music mainly draws into the synthwave/chillwave genres, and I take a lot of inspiration from electronic artists like Unfound, Com Truise, HOME, Voyage, Deltavolt, and Elati0n.
As of now, my most-known tracks are Androids in The Dancing Room and Plexus, both of which I produced on FL with an old Macbook Pro. Although I upload loops/ideas every now and then on my alt account, I haven't released an actual debut for around 3 months. Things like school and tests keep me way busier than I'd like to admit, and I will begin working my first job in Sweden. But despite all these hurdles, I will be releasing a song VERY SOON, as I got new gear and software experience that I want to test out on different DAWs. I wish I dropped material more frequently, but I believe quality is better than quantity. (Still, huge thanks to my fans for waiting!!!)

- Tyrell N6 (good free synth plugin by u-he)
- FLEX (best synth plugin in FL Studio)
- GMS (great synth plugin in FL Studio)
- Odin II (overcomplicated but good arpeggio feature!)
- Vintage Chorus (Chorus plugin in FL based off of Juno 6's BBD; highly recommend for good tape emulation)
- Vinyl (iZotope plugin; has amazing lo-fi, spindown, and detune parameters)
